Absolutely! After you filled in your details in the 'checkout' section, click 'continue to shipping' button. After confirming shipping method, click 'continue to payment'. Here you can choose iDEAL.

No. You can place your order as a guest. While placing an order, you will have an opportunity to log in if you already have a customer account with us. If not, you can proceed as a guest by filling out your address. We will use this as your billing and delivery address – if you want to use a different delivery address, you will have the opportunity to do so in the next step.

Of course! After you have completed your online order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Yes. You can change or cancel your order starting two hours after it has been placed.
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for printing.

Epic photos belong on high class materials. We choose to only use high quality gallery-standard materials so you can be sure your artwork will be of outstanding perfection. All artworks come with wall mounts so it will be ready to hang, right out of the box.

The integrated wall-mounts on the back of the picture make it easy to hang it securely. 

Every artwork except canvas comes with a bordering aluminum rail.

Upon request, you can order your photo print without wall-mounts. Please mention this in the comment box.

Dust and smudges may be removed using a damp cloth. Do not use chemicals.

Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and high humidy.

Standard shipping time ofr the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. you can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:

- The Netherlands: 7-8 business days

- Belgium: 8-9 business days

We currently support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, GBP and JPY

If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.

Your online order is secured using modern SSL encyrption. This way, we meet the standards for online purchases and always guarantee you the securest of transactions.

Your artork will be custom made for you, using the materials of your choice. That's why you aren't eligible for a refund if you don't like the print. However, if your print arrived in a damaged state, you are eligible to return your artwork within 10 days after receiving the print. If you intend to return an artwork, please contact us immediately at info@epicphotoprints.com for specific instructions.

Epic Photo Prints will take care of any shipping costs in case of product damage upon arrival.

Epic Photo Prints is an online store that offers gallery quality photos. As all artworks are produced upon request, we don't have a physical store.
